After a 20+ year career as a business executive developing successful global leaders and teams, he now loves helping clients around the world accelerate goals and legacies in their career, business, family, life or community. He enjoyed a wide variety of roles in engineering, quality, sales, marketing and executive management. He lived & worked in Germany with his family as Managing Director of CPC GmbH and Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He worked 20+ years for a successful manufacturing company that made precision products serving many vertical markets including Medical Device, Biotechnology, and various Industrial markets. He spent ~10 years with the entrepreneurial founder and ~10 years as part of a fortune 500 conglomerate with over 30 operating companies. He is certified as a holistic executive/business/life coach. He loves to see clients come alive with new thinking and energy to reach their goals, leading to breakthrough business and personal performance. Richard (Rich) Bents, PhD. taught Educational Psychology at the University of Minnesota, and was Director of Graduate Education at Hamline University. He is the founder, and Partner, of Future Systems Consulting with offices in St. Paul, Hamburg, Budapest and Moscow. He is the co-author of several books on personality and learning, and together with Reiner Blank co-authored the first German version of the MBTI. From our client Groupama Insurance - Hungary, the largest insurance provider in Hungary.
