We pride ourselves in holistic, systems-based, emotionally intelligent approaches to leadership development - since 1978, with an emphasis on Trust (increasing self-trust, being seen as trustworthy to others, and having a propensity to trust - collectively what we call Resonant Trust). We continue to research, collaborate and are even writing a book on trust.
The ARPe is used to predict and measure leadership performance and potential. Developed and used by Richard Bents, PhD, and Reiner Blank, PhD, to elevate leadership in companies around the world including AT&T, Lawson Software, Lucent Technologies, Nestle, Cargill, Roche Pharma, 3M, Siemens and many more around the world.
A reliable and valid assessment used to measure aspects of self-trust and self-knowledge, as well as responsibility and trusting others. The ARPe will illustrate how well an individual client knows themself, their willingness to assume responsibility, and the types of power that are most desirable to them. It is most useful in determining the potential amount of power you create when interacting with others.
The ARPe is used in:
1) Predicting/assessing individual and/or team performance
2) Providing a baseline for self / team awareness and development
3) Creating an ongoing scorecard/dashboard for sustained leadership improvement. When combined with coaching, we show statistically significant improvements in levels of trust which correlate to speed, employee engagement & performance. Assuming you're a good coach, you could do a post assessment showing improvement to your client.
The ARPe has 60 items, takes ~20 minutes for users to take the online assessment, and produces a customized 21 page report.
Certification training is anticipated to be mostly virtual, with a mix of videos, reading (a manual), and a workbook. Optional 1:1 or small group training will likely be available.
