We collaborate with leaders to develop a standard or customized coaching/training development plan based on the leader's goals and context. We are guided by the results of our proven, proprietary, reliable and validated assessments and coaching techniques. We have a combined 60 years of experience in business, human behavior and neuroscience. We provide 1:1 coaching or training in the context of each leader's values, team, goals and incentives. We listen, nudge & challenge, encourage & celebrate, cause leaders to think/try, create self-awareness & confidence, and have fun.
