Empowering Leaders through Coaching

Data-driven - Science, Values & Results based
Congratulations on your business success! Navigating business in a chaotic, rapidly changing, complex environment is a challenge.
We've helped leaders in the following areas:
Self-trust. Our research, assessments and practice working with hundreds of global leaders shows change best occurs through first elevating trust (also the #1 variable in high-performing teams). Success starts with having self-trust, then being trustworthy, and finally trusting and believing in others to accomplish a goal.
Proven science-based change process. Our proprietary process developed over the last 40 years has proven to help people (along with teams and organizations) achieve change and accelerate the achievement of goals. It is also the basis of our upcoming book I TRUST. There's a lot of science to effective coaching. We enjoy learning about the research/science/neuroscience of leadership, coaching and developing trust.
Proven trusted support. If your goals or changes you're looking to make were easy, you wouldn't need a coach. If you're out to achieve something difficult or ambitious, working with a coach can make all the difference. It's amazing how questions, reflection, mindfulness, and conversation help us achieve meaningful change and goals. We often know what we want to do - or should do - but being intentional with a coach/mentor helps us remove obstacles and stay persistent. Helping people leverage their values and strengths, and be authentic is powerful. It's inspiring to see someone experience the benefit of change - through new thinking about themselves, ideas, and others - to accomplish something significant.
I suppose every generation says there's a lot of change, but we say it's increasing, and the more support and knowledge we have to get through whatever challenges we face - or opportunities we're striving for - the better.
What goal or challenge will you achieve next in work or life? What could the next year bring?
We invite you to have a conversation so we can learn more about your situation and we can explore how we might work together.

What’s really driving the boom in coaching, is this; as we move from 30 miles an hour to 70 to 120 to 180…as we go from driving straight down the road to making right turns and left turns to abandoning cars and getting on motorcycles…the whole game changes, and a lot of people are trying to keep up, learn how not to fall off.” John Kotter, Author and Professor of Leadership, ~ Harvard Business School

Executive coaches are not for the meek. They’re for people who value unambiguous feedback. All coaches have one thing in common, it’s that they are ruthlessly results-oriented. ~ Fast Company Magazine
“….many companies….offer coaching as a prerequisite to proven managers, in the understanding that everyone can benefit from a detached observer.” ~ Harvard Business Review
