I TRUST Business Accelerator Program for Team Leaders
We've pleased to announce our most affordable method to accelerate team trust and business performance / results, leveraging our collaboration with the Carlson School of Management at the U of MN, our proprietary assessments and change process, and to provide data for our upcoming book along with data for University researchers.
We've already had success increasing levels of trust with statistical significance leading to breakthrough business performance. This is done through extensive 1:1 coaching of full executive teams which can become quite expensive for some organizations. We now have a new model focused primarily on the team leader.
We will apply 40 years of expertise to help leaders of critical teams statistically increase levels of trust within their team(s) to accelerate business performance.

It's not the only thing we focus on but it's where we start because it's the #1 variable for high performing teams according to Professor Amy Edmondson from Harvard (across multiple industries), Neuroscientist Paul Zak (50% higher productivity, 50% higher retention, 74% less stress, 76% more engagement, 106%, more energy, 17% more pay), Google's Project Aristotle (after studying 180 teams, using 250 variables and 32 statistical models, they found the absolute #1 variable in their highest performing teams was trust / psychological safety - above intelect, diversity and strategy), and the foundation of our own research and consulting.
